I am often asked what is the correct way for two people to enjoy sushi?  Should it be served on the "sushi boat" for two or should an assortment of sushi be served on a round platter? There is definitely something fun about working your way through a sushi boat!  Looking to show off on a first date, then get on the boat. What is your opinion, boat or platter?
